      1. Good for freasher. 2. Alternate saturday launch in free.

      Cons

      1. Hire and Fire policy. 2. Monthly rating. 3. Alternate saturday work . 4. Time shift 2:30 pm -12 a.m and reach home at 1 oclock night. 5. Unprofessional management and taking rudely when your work is not completed. 6. There is lots of gap between TL and developer. even they are playing but they did not help in any situation 7. Bad Leave Policy 8. In corona time they are imeditly close company without given any system for WFH.
