We can get exposure to multiple technologies and learning curve is good and it depends on project.

Cons

Leave policy is worst and we can't take leave on festivals too. Alternative Saturday is working and it'll make you exhausted Management doesn't care about you and they want to get done work for client and pressure is very high.
