Six month appraisal and give opportunity to directly communicate with client nothing else.

Cons

They will make you fool with their floating leave and employee can't take it untill or unless he have to finish their upcoming task. The employee can't take their annual leave also. No water available in washrooms. Nothing in favour of enployee means no employee friendly policy. Alternate saturday working. Poor food quality.
