HQ feels like you are walking on egg shells every day. If leadership decides to change a policy last minute, be very weary of speaking up or ever voicing your opinion in general. This is not an open door type of establishment. It's very do what you're told, be quiet, and keep your head down is their motto they always say. They do not care about their customers whatsoever. If they never have feedback and pay on time they are considered a good customer. God forbid they ever have any issues or feedback for the engineering team, they will be scrutinized and threatened.
