Pros

I am working in Chetu(I) last 5.2 Years. i am working in Java/J2ee technology . in Chetu work environment is very good. because here every time we get new project to work with new technologies. we can learn a lot. People are supporting nature. every six month we get hike in salary. process wise is very good. on time your review is done by HR. we directly demonstrate to our task/work to client.

Cons

"Alternate Saturday off but events make fun on working Saturday"

Pros

Good work environment. Chances to work on latest technology. Learn new technologies through training and presentations. Performance based 6 months appraisal policy. Participate in multiple cultural activities and awareness programs. Sports bay for playing TT and carrom during leisure time. Adequate parking facility.

Cons

Every company has some drawbacks so it is not an exception. Sometime we need to stay late due to some project requirements and it is normal because all is well if client is happy.

Pros

Good company. You can learn a lot if you want to. Hire and fire only depends on your performance. Company gives at least two three chance to employee. I was here for 2 years and learn many new technologies.

Cons

Leaders are not ready to take responsibility on them. If pressure comes, they easily transfer it on juniors. Bad management.
