Pros

-Chetu allows you tremendous growth opportunities. -Quality work. -Good salary hikes as compared to others in the market -If you are passionate about what to do, this is the place. -Really great environment

Cons

-Every Saturday should be off as right now only alternate Saturdays are off. -Health Insurance policies can be better, health plans should cover all dependent family members of an employee.

Pros

Job security 0% Leave 0.92 in a month. If you are on leave then also you have to work and company will deduct your salary also. 3 months of notice period. If you want to change then no other company will consider 3 months of notice. You will get new projects in every 4 months because there are most of the client surviving of 4 months only. You have to pay for 5 rs for half tea, 10 rs for full tea and only 15 rs for coffee.... nothing is free there for employee. And the best thing.... there is no HR support. If you try to give 100% also, HR will give 4/10 to 5/10 ratings at the end. Saturday Working, you will learn more.

Cons

Oops..... there no cons according to company... so I have written the same in Pros. Please join this if you want to make your life hell. A request for all please read the whole offer letter 2 times and understand it well before joining this company.

Best for Learners who want to achieve things right way.

Pros

Everyone tries to help and maintain positive atmosphere to learn and explore technologies. Focus is primarily on using latest technology.. Flexible timings for Sr. TL (12:30 - 9:30) whereas mostly work from 2:30 - 11:30. Even general timing gives opportunity to do personal commitments in the morning. Every 6 months performance appraisals.

Cons

I know this helps us to have more recreational activities. but every alternate Saturdays should be off.
