      I have been working in chetu more than five year. First time I have heard about chetu from one of my senior of college (MMMEC GKP (REC)) that "Chetu is the best company in NCR for Professional Growth." (in 2006) I have joined this company in 2007 Dec and also I had discussion with my senior before joining. I have found that this company providing the platform to the person for personal and professional growth. Here every team member got chance to share his/her view in internal as well as in client project call. That is giving the confidence to every member and he/she can feel that they are building the application with true team effort (not like other company where they never know about their clients and their exact thoughts). One more major thing I want to mention here that Chetu is the company which always work on latest technologies available in market and even they are providing the professional training for the same too. Teams have very friendly environment and each member always ready to help each other. All members are free to put their view on common platform called monthly meeting will all employee including company CEO and concern person noted down your view and try to get back to you on time. Chetu has exceptional growth ( in last 5 year) they have become 150 to 1000+ and going on with same rate. I have always recommended my friends to join chetu for better professional growth in Chetu or in IT industry.

      Pros

      Very Good Internal Growth System for the employees of the company. Hard and smart work of the employee is recognized immediately. An open environment for an employee to share his/her any type of views to any person working at any level of company hierarchy. One of the best company into the Delhi/NCR region in terms of Salary and learning new Technological Advancement. On the very first day of the company i was told by some people that this company hires and then fires very much which made me shocked. But instead of going with my other offers i decided to work here due the new work over the latest skills i found here. I was given chance to work in WCF Services into the year of 2007. I joined this company as a Software Engineer of Microsoft Technologies and now after getting different promotions in last 6 years i am working as a Technical Architect here. Company's Growth witnessed by me in last 6 years from the employee strength of around 100 to current employee strength of around 1000+ says every good thing of the company itself.

      Cons

      I have not seen any cons in this company as of now in respect of my Career in IT Industry. Still i can see some scope of improvement in promoting company employees for getting involved in more and more professional training programs sponsored by company.

      Pros

      They value the deserving employees. Half yearly appraisal system purely based on performance. Company is very supportive in terms of loan options for employees. Excellent opportunities of learning variety of technologies. Guided by excellent technical people. Decent Compensation.

      Cons

      Being a growing company there are some insignificant negative points but that is something which can be ignored at this point of time. In last 3 years, I have seen several improvements and I believe that eventually these small issues would be resolved by company.
