CHETU : - Improve Your Character, Health, Entertainment , Technologies, Unity ....
Pros
I have been working at Chetu full-time for more than 2.5 years and I am enjoying every moment. I feel that I am very lucky to work here… Few year ago I was thinking that Chetu is not a good IT company , there are a lot of work burden for every team members and there are also late night stay . But after joining the Chetu I found that my thinking was wrong. I have found that this company providing the best engineers as well as good person. I have also found that Chetu providing the challenging environment and great platform to the employees for personal and professional growth. Here every team member got chance to share his/her view in internal as well as in client call. I am very appreciating to this because this is giving the confidence to every member and he/she can feel that they are building the application with true team effort (not like other company where they never know about their clients and their exact thoughts). Chetu also providing a open platform to their employees for putting their valuable opinions and thoughts regarding their project or company. Chetu also arrange monthly meeting where higher management like CEO or concern person discussing about the Growth of Company and other things like new adopted technologies, and all other companies’ aspect.
Cons
For my point of view, Chetu have a good working timing but in winter season it might be reduce like 12:00 PM- 9:00PM. Apart of this all’s are good.
