      They are good in making fool of others.

      Guys plase dont join this company. First they will tell you that they will give u appraisal in 6 months but after some time they fire you for no reason and hire another employee with less salary. Daily they fire 3-4 employees and daily they do recruitment. And believe me all the positive reviews was written by employees who forced by the management to do so. Guys dont let them play with your life please stay away from that company.

      Tried very hard to find but found none. Poor you Chetu.

      Best know for "Hire and fire" policy.These guys fire anyone anytime without any notification.Recently ( in May 2015 ) they fired 35 designers. SO IF YOU ARE JOINING THINK AGAIN AND THINK HARD.... This a "Lala Company" where all the policies are made to benefit the company itself e.g when it came to give gratuity to employee they changed the entire salary structure without anyone's consent to save money which lead to extra tax for all employee. There is too much politics and buttering. Unfriendly work environment where HR and Operations monitor your all activities like whom you are talking to, when and where you go etc. Dumb and lame HR who can't help you at all and they always care about how to misguide people. The HR asks people working in Chetu to give review on Glassdoor and send the link to them while keeping CEO in CC. This is how they got 4 star here. No work life balance.Shift timings are 2:30 - 11:30.
