No Indian Leaves No US Leaves(Only three Holiday in a year ) One Saturday working No Job security PM not highly trained After few year if you have good salary in the company. Company will search the reason to fire you. No Management, Late night stay is very often You will not get the leave even if you have leaves in the account. Company will not inform the client about your Leaves. You have to do extra work to take the leave.
