If you are extraordinary laborious then you might get exposure to various different technology. If not then God may help you to survive here. Six month appraisal system.

Cons

Despite your talent only your luck will decide what kind of work you will be assigned. Quick hiring and firing policy. Pay is not good here, Salary breakup is very strange, around 55K is part of your CTC which is not beneficial for the employee in any terms. 10% deduction in your gross salary in terms of annual bonus. Awkward shift timings. No free CAB and Meel facility everything is paid without quality if service and subsidies.

Work environment is very good. There are lots of opportunities to learn and grow by proving yourself.

Cons

Shift timing (2:30 PM to 11:30 PM) is different but there is no big deal if you can manage this timings.

Pros

I have been working with chetu for more than 2 years. I got opportunity to work on variety of domains like gaming, inventory and POS. Learned new technology and direct interaction with the client.

Cons

Sometimes client push you hard. But still TL and PM was very supportive in my case.
