Pros

If you are having around 1.5 years of experience and you want to learn to get growth in your field then its time to join chetu, remember when you want to gain something at the same time you have to ready to loose something - job timing flexibility , good salary , leave and job security. If you have 3 plus experience and your salary is good enough but want some more do not give interview in chetu as they can't full fill your desire.after joining you will feel like cheated . If you are a fresher and good performer join chetu they have 6 month appraisal policy -(but totally depends on performance). Company is growing at very fast pace so members get better opportunity early as compared to big organization

Cons

:Saturday working (alternate) means 26 days extra work a year. : 10 % deduction in monthly salary that u will get in the end of month or if you left in the mid all money will be fortified. : large variable they add in salary that you are actually not going to get : 0.9 leave a month also on 6 fixed holiday in the company. : 9 hours working means 9 hours even you have to seat in the office extra. : fake information about certification that Hr give at the time of interview. : work culture would appear as you are working in BPO rather the IT company. : You may get fired any time without any prior information

Pros

New technology experience (only if you are assigned to new projects). Director says it has more than 50% growth (But I could'nt see the change in work place, may be it is the second Satyam...?). Carrier opportunities are good if you are able to suffer the policies for more than a Year(But trust me, its hard, I resigned before a year).

Cons

Working Saturdays, 8.5 hours working time (even though the time is 8 hours, you will get out of office after 8.5 hours). Only one able Project manager is there. NO Business analysts, around 30 designers have been fired in front of my eyes, now programmers need to design as well (you can expect the look and feel issues then). Very low job security. HIDDEN SALARY CUTS (yearly bonus is an example, they will cut 10% of the amount which will not get if you are moving out of company within a year). Shift time will seem ok in the beginning, but late you will not be able to see any morning. Only Sundays will be free for you. Just see their requirements in each month, It is CLEAR na..?
