Literally nothing if you join as a trainee.
Cons
You get paid peanuts (₹15k in hand. That's 175 dollars per month for anyone not from India). A FOUR year employment contract. They take a SIGNED, UNDATED CHEQUE as security. They promise that the unpaid training will be for just 3 months but rest assured, it's gonna take more than 6 months minimum. After which, they promised the paid, on job training will be for just 3 months, but rest assured again, it'll take more than 6 months again, going as far as a year or more. Genuinely, they'll ruin your life, self esteem, confidence, everything.
