Pros
The people working at Chevron are all very nice, and they introduce you to the "Chevron Way" early on, which puts a lot of focus onto its employees. There are also lots of fun activities to do.
Cons
Some of the work that is given may seem a little tedious at first, but overall in the big picture they allow you to see how a refinery operates, which was very helpful in future interviews.
