Pros

I enjoyed how they invest in employee growth. I liked the work environment and how people are respectful in the workplace.

Cons

Promotion is getting more difficult to achieve recently and fewer roles are available within the US as they plan to move more roles overseas.

Pros

Decent pay and annual raises are above average. You also receive small bonus throughout the year for project work.

Cons

Terrible leadership. So disconnected and the company does not like to employ Americans. More and more they’re offshoring all professional jobs.
