Pros

Great benefits and stock plan. Flexible work schedule. Fabulous opportunity to participate with community events (Week of Caring, voulunteer, matching program).

Cons

Not all management personnel treat their teams the same. Each operating company seems to have their own way to accomplish the same objective - which is not always fair.

Pros

Chevron is a great place to work. There are wide and diverse opprtunities in different area of specilisation. You could be at the top with hard work and a bit of luck.

Cons

Silent bees don't get recognised! Non visible jobs will earn you no recognition. It is all about visibility and perception. Boot lickers and ass kissers make great progress here. ol boy network is alive and on steroid.
