Great Salary and Benefits (9 day working week)

Cons

Outsourcing of IT, lack of any control, management are overpaid so will never move on (motivation to move is zero for them). Those who can get other jobs will, those that cannot stay. Nepotism (or looking after mates) is extensive. Zero opportunity to move up the management chain as there is already too many managers and not enough doers.
