Slow growth, but a very stable company with exceptional benefits. There is a high focus on safety and you can enjoy great work/life balance. Rotation to different roles happen regularly.

Cons

Responsibilities could be pushed down to lower levels to make the job more rewarding. It is a huge organization and hirearchial.
