Pros
Compensation, location, the sun does shine, occassionally. Leaving the office, each afternoon and going home. If you find incompetence entertaining,... then, this place will entertain you, day after day, after day.
Cons
HR is a JOKE. Weak management fails to actually "lead". Toxic employees, usually because of parental/spousal employment with either parent company, are "untouchable". Meetings are routinely held, sans agenda, by incompetent "leaders" (and I'm not joking, here) with no outcome, other than to schedule another meeting. One's 'success' is gauged by the number of meetings, attended. Company continually beats it's chest about "safety", then turns a blind eye when supervisors/managers are seen/reported in direct violation of safety rules. Employees are NOT valued,... just used and let go.
