      Pros

      There is focus on work-life balance "measures", but in some departments, due to work pressure, you kind of have to enforce them. It's a very diverse company, gender & nationality wise. It's a company where a lot happens, and so there are interesting projects to be done, plus it makes the job very diverse.

      Cons

      There is a lot of work to be done, and not enough people, so priorities tend to blur and it can cause a lot of pressure, if you allow for it. It's not a company with a lot of structure, partially due to rapid growth, and IT solutions lagging behind.

      Pros

      There are actually a lot of very good people in this company including operators, engineers, supervisors, managers, and executives. 9/80 schedules and total compensation.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, there are some very vindictive senior managers and Executive team members in this company. They pay you to speak the truth and challenge processes to make the company better, but be aware that the repercussions of doing just that can be career ending. Several highly dedicated people left this company because they were targeted and crucified for fighting for what was right in order to try to make this company better. Unfortunately, making improper and inaccurate judgments about people will prevent this average company from becoming a great company.

      Promised The World, Gave 120%, Never Received Support, Promoted Twice, Then Laid-Off With 0 Warning!

      Pros

      Never missed a paycheck. Worked with some brilliant people in some beautiful locales. Learned new processes and equipment. Led a wonderful, hardworking, very diverse staff.

      Cons

      Human Resources team is very shady. Many promises from the initial job offer were reneged upon after the job was accepted. Laid me off after promising a job upon repatriation.
