      it was a nive place to work even though alot of the equipment is out dated, they are working hard to bring the place up. it was very nice to work there

      A multi-billion dollar company with < 10,000 employees worth as much as competitors with > 30,000 employees, so there is great employee compensation. A high priority on safety allows those whose jobs involve high-risk tasks to feel comfortable and secure. Even in the current economy, there are still hiring opportunities.

      Cons

      Very lean, advancement opportunities are slim-to-none currently. There is no clear-cut career path for advancement, either.
