Overall, superior culture and a tons of people who are happy to help and are engaged in your success. History of job security (no lay offs).
Cons
Has never paid the best in industry, but recently it is getting far worse. In the last 5 years profit sharing and merit related pay increases have been removed. No incentive to perform and no repercussions for not performing.
