      Pros

      Good base salary and excellent profit sharing. Benefits seem commensurate with other chemical industry companies but not with oil company parents. Employees are not discouraged from expanding job scope.

      Cons

      Opportunities for advancement in US-based jobs seems minimal. Staffing in most areas too lean. Recognition for jobs well done are lacking.

      It's big enough to have some stability and small enough that you feel you can make a difference. They've consistantly had merit programs and given bonuses.

      Cons

      Limited opportunities for job changes and growth at mid management level.

      Company is making money. I see potential.

      Cons

      There is so much that needs to be done. You would think that since this company is owned by two of the giants (Chevron anc Conoco Phillips) that this chemical company would run smoothly. The company is behind times and gets little support from corporate.
