      Headcount is a constant struggle. Some efforts fall flat because there aren’t enough people to implement them. Many people feel overworked

      Ok pay, ok benefits, trying to improve its culture and evolve with times, but still has ways to go.

      Cons

      Upper Management mainly comprised of white, older males. Very little opportunity for females, minorities, younger people (they consider 40 too young for top management roles). Little respect for procurement professionals.

      Good working team, all worked great together

      Upper management did not have a clue as to what they where doing, typical engineers wanting to add and or change this, that where not relevant.
