Pros
Money was really good, 401k match at time was good. Problems to solve were interesting and fun.
Cons
This company site has a real good case of bad group think. Project Engineers and management at the site have NO technical knowledge to deal with how to implement the solutions. They expect YOU TO DO ALL THE WORK instead of disseminating the work to the individuals which have the issue. Management REFUSED ME COMPUTER EQUIPMENT and software to do my job. Required software to solve problems for PRD pressure drops was inadequate and constantly failed to perform. Request were consistently refused. They also hate older engineers and have no love for bi-polar people.
