      Good pay and benefits. Lots of opportunities for early career growth. Work-Life balance is usually very good. Most locations offer a 9-80 work schedule. CEO seems to be an exceptional leader.

      Cons

      Management ability is sporadic, and often does not follow through on commitments. The work environment is generally pretty good.
