      Pay and benefits are solid.

      Cons

      A lot of red tape and bureaucracy. This may not affect every role, but it was an issue for me. Onboarding is a complete joke. Roles aren't explained very well.

      The pay is ok compared to others in the industry and there is some room for advancement.

      Cons

      This company is about as Liberal as you can get and a DEI heaven. They made us watch videos about George Washington being racist cause he pulled out slaves teeth and defunding the police. Everything in the company management and upper management is 100% DEI first.
