Everyone pretends that CpChem has an elite corporate culture that embodies diversity and inclusion and their employees matter but it is very much a facade. HR heavily polices their employees creating significant work distraction and toxicity. Icare initiatives are a form of corporate control with the guise they create a wonderful corporate culture. Company uses observed drug testing as a form of intimidation. Managers trigger investigations and witch hunts into their employees in cases where there are disagreements between employee and supervisor. There were instances where leadership would not allow sales reps to be forthright with customers. Management filled other leadership positions based on religious affiliation. Leadership is self serving and a bunch of box checkers. Drink your kool aid with a smile and nothing else.
