Toxic line managers, red tape to have things done, bullying and victimisation despite good culture on paper, no mechanism to deal with bullies. Line manager is vindictive, insecure and a bully, was made to leave without a warning and marched out of office on the spot, no humanity. Made to work after hours every day and still was prosecuted when had to leave on time one day I had a medical appointment. A colleague was made to watch my every step and report anything he considered wrong( only negative) without my knowledge, or ability to explain, endless and unproductive micromanagement, No acknowledgment of achievements
