- Culture is topnotch and caters best to the Filipino professional - Perfect for experienced professionals who want work & life balance - Started to implement once-a-week telecommuting (work from home) - Growing IT services in the company will mean more career opportunities

Cons

- Not the best IT company to work for if you're looking to build IT expertise/experience - Not advisable for early career IT professionals - Compensation is just average compared to other shared service centers
