Too much bureaucracy and politics A lot of chevron way cult, many people hide behind it. you need to know someone to get the right things done Misuse of diversity and inclusion. Nepo kids are clearly preferred for key jobs. Many top positions are filled by 2nd/3rd gen chevron kids
