Pros

Good benefits, competitive salary, good training. I met many knowledgeable and professional people. I enjoyed the camaraderie, collaborative environment and multicultural experience.

Cons

Company continually talks about work/life balance, but it does not exist; it's all work, all the time. Management expects emails to be read and solutions provided, regardless of day of the week, time of the day or on vacation. Management says they do not want you to come to work if your ill, but will give you a negative review if you take too many sick days. Even if your sick days are related to a serious illness or incurable disease.
