      benefits are okay , the work is interesting with many technical advancements in the investment casting industry, good people in chevron help motivate inspire.

      Cons

      expect an endless list of priority one projects , difficult to manage too many projects on the desk at a time.

      Pros

      Good place to work with great people. The company goes out of their way to take care of you and your career goals. They offer education budgets, free conferences. Managers are willing to listen to your specific needs and work with you. The take-home pay is lower than other places but the benefits package is amazing.

      Cons

      Processes and policies can hinder. For the most part these are in place to help employees.

      Pros

      They put people first. Leadership focuses on people, safety and performance. The compensation and benefits package are phenominal. I feel very fortunate to work for such a great company.

      Cons

      The growth opportunities can be a bit challenging within Oronite. Work-life balance can also be a challenge based on work location.
