Pros

The people! Chevron people are generally collaborative and enjoy working in teams. Good benefits and salary.

Cons

Chevron has gone through multiple restructuring since 2015. While the efficiency improvements have boosted earnings, there are complaints regarding workload, making work - life balance much more challenging.

Pros

Decent pay and annual raises are above average. You also receive small bonus throughout the year for project work.

Cons

Terrible leadership. So disconnected and the company does not like to employ Americans. More and more they’re offshoring all professional jobs.
