Benefits are not as good as one might think. Management does not take responsibility for the environment they have created and, as a result, many situations that should not be adversarial become so, which adds a dimension of challenge that is unnecessary. Worse, though upper management preaches work/life balance, lower management by their actions disagrees and virtually all personnel with which I interact are extremely overloaded, and protests fall on deaf ears. I do not recommend working here.
