Pros

Good benefits, hardworking and smart people. Work life balance is okay.

Cons

Too much pressure, everything has to be done now or now! Some people trample on others to get seen or promoted. Its survival of the fittest. Since only the end result matters, people can go any length to achieve same.

Pros

The company offers a great salary and 9/80 schedule, where an employee works 9 hours a day and gets every other Friday off.

Cons

Very rigid in process control and corporate compliance that tends to stifle creativity.

Pros

The majority of people are extremely helpful from department to department. I really enjoy working for this company. Benefits are great!

Cons

Some managers need sensitivity training. One thinks they are doing a good job;however, come review time you find out that you really aren't working out as they expected.
