Pros

competitive salary, great work/life balance, amazing benefits. The culture is also amazing, everyone is more honest and open than most companies.

Cons

Slow moving when it comes to promotions and technology. When the latest iPhone drops you will still be two generations behind. Windows 10 preview just came out? They still use Windows 7. It is very frustrating when you are a technologist.

Pros

Great benefits for long term employees.

Cons

Huge and slow moving bureaucracy. Bureaucrats always win over what is right or best. Think US legislature. Recognition is given to politically connected - not contribution or performance.
