Pros

Great pay and benefits, strong safety and team culture, numerous career opportunities in various business units. as a large multinational I have had a great career with many varied jobs, staying with same corporation

Cons

Process oriented ( which is good in many ways) focus stifles creativity, bureaucratic and a fair amount of doing things to be seen doing things

Pros

Great People Amazing growth opportunities Good Compensation Excellent time-off policies/sick days Awesome industry filled with amazing technology and resources

Cons

Lots of process and policy to get projects done- can sometimes test patience. Big company, few projects based on job function and location. There are days when you feel like not a lot gets done because of the slow internal review process. The internal website feels like it was made in 2001 and ease of access to information is mediocre (can take 30 min to an hour to find simple information)
