Good place to work

Pros

Good place to work with great people. The company goes out of their way to take care of you and your career goals. They offer education budgets, free conferences. Managers are willing to listen to your specific needs and work with you. The take-home pay is lower than other places but the benefits package is amazing.

Cons

Processes and policies can hinder. For the most part these are in place to help employees.

Pros

Good salary and benefits, offers growth opportunities in country and abroad, lot of attention to people health, goods internal controls, promote values and culture

Cons

somehow trainings and assigments are based on short term view and the management in turn. depends so much in human factors instead of business need for future assigments and trainings.
