You get to sell a quality, well known brand. They give their employees unsurpassed training.

Everything moves so slowly. There is a lot of political BS you have to work around.

Pros

Great upward mobility for mid-career level employees. It sounds odd, but the Company's heart is in the right place when it comes to energy extraction. The host nation benefits enormously monetarily and humanitarianly.

Cons

"Open Office" is miserable and stagnates productivity. Each office is not void of the usual politics.
