      safety first culture, feel comfortable

      Cons

      hierarchy, many of staffs are 10-15 + years within the organization, so not very looking for changes. (towards 30 years for managements), if you are in service jobs, this safety culture will make you feel very slow and board. Also, not easy to shift to another roles.
