Pros

Very supportive culture of training and growth. The Horizons program was in its infancy when I started, but it was both a great way to learn new skills that I could employ on the job and the networking was awesome. You had a lot of opportunities to present your work and get involved in different facets of the company.

Cons

There is a joke that if someone asks a question in a meeting and no one speaks up to answer it's called a "Chevron Yes"...so perhaps there is a perceived timidity in some divisions. I saw that sometimes. Bureaucracy...it's going to always be an issue in any large organization
