Pros

Very Structured and great place to work in. High Performance culture with focus on people development and safety. Pay and Benefits are good as well.

Cons

Very rigid and slow decision making process. A bit averse to risk and innovation/out of the box thinking. People are a bit snotty and entitled because of the "culture" us against the world. Diversity is skewed because the attention is always focused on performance and not ideas.

Pros

Had the opportunity to work on different IT and Telecommunications projects and exposed to different technologies including end user support. It seems to be fun all along.

Cons

Challenges in the work place due to unavailability of critical parts to carry out our work and delays on orders etc
