Pros

Lots of work Good training program (although due to Chevron being a global company the training can sometimes be centered around operations not applicable to our own)

Cons

Management style is aggressive at times Sometimes there is a lot of pushback to try new things due to high risk aversion even if current method is known to be cost heavy
