Pros

Emphasis of the human side of the company is really enforced and 9/80 policy that you work additional 1 hour OT for 9 days in 2 week, you get alternate day-off.

Cons

Some times can be slow in progressing, but as long as you are patient and keep on getting the job done, you will eventually get noticed.
