Pros

If you like to pay rent and groceries, it will do.

Cons

Having to call 911 at least monthly for various offences including passing counterfeit money, shoplifting, malicious damage to property, unwanted guest (will not leave premises). This does not including people pointing fingers under their hoodies at you and others threatening to get you fired when they don't get free gas or win the lotto, etc. Schedules changes are unpredictable.

Cons

Without an engineering degree or being a member of the good 'ole boy network, it is very difficult to get promoted solely on proven ability.
