      Pros

      Great job environment. Takes good care on developing workers knowledge and understanding of companies politics and goals. Corporation is oriented to comply with legal and financial procedures and to do the best for both, employees and contractors, wellness in a safe work area.

      Have no cons to write about. My general experience have only brought me positive moments, more knowledge, improvement of my skills and great job environment, awesome coworkers and all highly oriented to goal achievement

      Pros

      Excellent Benefits, both financially and medical benefits are excellent. Flex hours and 9/80 work schedule are available domestically. Great support when you have family issues. Safety is a number 1 focus both for employees and contractors. If you are flexible you can work in many countries overseas

      Cons

      Still a "old school" male dominated company especially in the Major Capital Projects area, although progress has been made. Retirement medical benefits in Canada could be improved.
