Pros

Very good exposure to a multinational working experience.

Cons

Working days were disastrous. Too much emphasis on performance, hence poor culture.

Pros

Working in Chevron taught me a lot of knowledge, where its focus is the improvement. Lots of knowledge about lean and six sigma to evaluate performance and finding solutions toward the problem is the main knowledge for every employee. Chevron also puts trust above everything, including no fingerprint or manual daily check needed for all employee. Its system works online, provides easiness in the procedure for many things, such as approval hierarchy, leave proposal, and internal job posting.

Cons

Due to low oil price conditions, lots of change happened. Career path, which was provided thoroughly, is shrinking due to reduced promotion volume. Since it is quite rare to have a good training or any development program, most of the employee's development plans couldn't be achieved - even far from the target.
