Pros

Work life balance, you work 9 days and get the tenth off. The ability to work from anywhere and as long as the job gets done.

Cons

The head office is located 40mins out of the city which makes city living a minor challenge in terms of comuting across the bridge.

Pros

Chevron values employee work life balance, work place safety, encourages community involvement and offers opportunities for personal and professional development. The Chevron Way and the mantra, "do it right or not at all," ensure projects are thoughtfully pursued and employees don't feel pressured to "cut corners."

Cons

Departments may determine what development/training opportunities are availble to employees and unfortunately, many departments have very tight budgets which limits training opportunities that may cost $.
