      Pros

      Good Travel opportunities and big opportunities to gain experience on mega projects.

      Cons

      Decision making can be very slow with a lot of bureaucracy and committee type decision making. Also Fixed Term Contract uncertainty causes personnel to focus on job retention rather than doing their job.
